Refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Custom and tailor-made orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. If there are any defects, we offer 1 year basic money-back warranty. The item must be returned and must be well packed. We do not accept any responsibility for courier problems or breakages. We recommend that you insure all returns and that insurance covers the returned item.

When an item is defective, we require videos or photos of all problems before deciding what action to take to fix the problem.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Returned items must first request a return to be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about this.

Custom products include any that are configured, customized or enrolled; for example, custom neon signs, engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, stamping, engraving, carving, or printing. Personalised products cannot be returned, but may be refunded or replaced within 30 days of delivery if the products are damaged/defective on arrival or are materially different from what was ordered. If there is any misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription or design by mistake of Aprint Art.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day reflection period of the European Union.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and unused, labeled and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and it appears in your account.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
