Shipping Policy

We offer delivery based on size and weight and this is calculated by you at the time of purchase.

Shipping is calculated by weight and height for items in stock for orders outside of Spain, and delivery is usually within five working days in Spain. However, during busy periods, it can be longer.

Design and production

Custom products are handmade, so there is production time on every order. Fifteen business days is the maximum delivery time and most customers receive their order within a week. Please note that customs clearance may increase delivery time for some countries.

We are manufacturers. For individualized, customized and personalized orders, the deadlines are usually:

  • Finalize design = 1-3 business days
  • Production = 2-12 working days
  • Priority service = production time of 3 business days. Orders must be placed by 10:00 am (CET Time Zone) to include the day of order.

  • Spain: Economy Shipping is free for orders over £149. €7.95 for orders under €149 (1-4 working days) | Priority Courier €14.95 (1-2 working days)
  • Europe: Economy Shipping is free for orders over £149. €9.95 for orders under €149 (1-4 working days) | Priority Courier €19.95 (1-2 working days)
  • UK mainland: Economy Shipping is free for orders over £199. €19.95 for orders under €199 (1-4 working days) | Priority Courier €29.95 (1-2 working days)
  • America: Economy Shipping is free for orders over £249. €19.95 for orders under €249 (3-10 working days) | Priority Courier €29.95 (1-4 working days)
  • Australia: Economy Shipping is free for orders over £249. €19.95 for orders under €249 (3-10 working days) | Priority Courier €29.95 (1-4 working days)

WARNING. For packages measuring 1.2 meters or more, the courier cannot guarantee delivery at the door. The courier will deliver the package at street level.

Customs

When placing an order outside of Europe, the recipient is responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once the shipment arrives in the recipient’s country. In addition, the recipient must meet additional customs clearance charges. Aprint Art has no control over these charges, nor can Go Neon Flex predict what they may be.

Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable. Therefore, a shipment that is rejected due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country; You should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid delays in receiving your order at customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Provide a phone number where customs can contact you when your product arrives. This phone number will appear on the commercial invoice, so that customs can contact you to settle your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore carrier requests regarding tax and/or duty charges. Please note that most carriers will hold a shipment for five days after arrival in your country before returning it to the sender.

We do not refund the original shipping costs of rejected goods for delivery to customs
